- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Closure: Wednesday, December 24, 2025 until Monday, January 5, 2026 — Closed
IMPORTANT New Process for Self Check-In
- Check Yourself In: Before joining Zoom, check yourself in online. Select "Zoom Quick Advising" as the reason and include a brief description of why you're joining QA in the notes (for example, CPT, OPT, Change of Level, etc). Please also include if you wish to speak with a specific advisor. Failure to check in may result in advising delays.
- Join the Zoom Session: Click the button below to join Zoom. The button is only enabled during the posted advising hours.
- Wait to be Admitted: Be prepared that you may wait longer to be let into the Zoom session, as advisors will only admit you when they are available to meet with you. While you wait, make sure that your Zoom account shows your name.
- Meet with an Advisor: Each advising session lasts 10 minutes. If more time is needed, you may be asked to schedule a follow-up appointment.
Winter Holidays and Closure
International Student Services staff will be available remotely on Monday, Dec. 22 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. and Tuesday, Dec. 23 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The front lobby will be CLOSED during this time.
The office will CLOSE for winter break at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, and will REOPEN on Monday, January 5, at 8:00 a.m.
Scheduled Appointments
Individual 20-minute appointments available through Zoom and in-person with our international student advising staff. Select your student type below:
- Current and graduate students: International students currently enrolled in a University of Arizona degree program and graduated students on OPT or Academic Training
- New students: Prospective and newly admitted international students who are not yet enrolled at the University of Arizona
- Sponsored students: Current and prospective students who are sponsored by their home government or an outside agency.
