WhatsApp New Students Group
The WhatsApp Community has been created for you to connect with other new international students.
Request to join our New Students group to meet other new students, share experiences, and ask questions. Once your admission term has been confirmed, you will be added to the group. The New Students group will remain active until the end of your first semester.
You can use this group to connect with our Global Ambassadors, current international students who help new students adjust to life in a new place.
This space should be welcoming, respectful, and focused on supporting you as new international students. If you’re ever unsure whether something is okay to post, reach out to the group administrator first. The following behaviors are not allowed and will result in immediate removal from the group. If you notice any of these behaviors, please report them to the group administrator.
- Advertising housing, services, or products
- Sharing business links or promotions
- Asking for donations or support for causes
- Promoting events, groups, or pages without admin approval
- Racism, sexism, microaggressions, or any kind of discrimination
- Sending spam; sharing personal religious or political beliefs
- Use of foul language or inappropriate images, gifs, links, etc.
- Sharing personal or sensitive information
