Travel Lead Requirements

If you are leading a group of students abroad in a program or trip that is organized by you or your department, please ensure you follow the steps below:

  1. Provide International Travel with a list of participants via email (InternationalTravel@arizona.edu) and in the registration.
    1. Please use the template* below to provide the list and also to track student registration:
      1. We will not track whether the entire group has registered, this is the responsibility of the lead. Lead's should ask students to report travel registration numbers to confirm they have registered.
  2. Provide students with necessary information to fill out their registrations. Often students do not have the necessary information to fill out the registration fully. Please use this PDF template to provide the students with information to copy and paste into their registrations.
  3. Students can answer some questions with just your (the lead's) name.
