Initiating a registration. Select the correct registration type for the role you are travelling under using the colored buttons on the registry main page.

After you click the correct registration type you will be prompted to log in with your NetID, please use the Campus ID option to log in with your NetID.

This will lead you to the itinerary input page.

To access previous or current registrations log-in using the button in the upper right-hand corner, select log in with Campus ID, then navigate to applicant > travel registrations. Click on the blue link for the registration you want to edit. Under this link you will find your Travel Registration Number (labeled REG ID) in red and in parenthesis.

To edit previously submitted requirements, click the pencil button next to it.

To add an itinerary item you must first select a year of departure. (Note: having a registration open will not prevent you from opening another one). To add a location to your itinerary and click the blue "+" button, in the field that appears type in the location name and wait for the drop down menu, you must select a location from this menu for it to be added to your itinerary. Type in dates or select using the date selection menu. The continue button will only be available after one or more locations is added your itinerary. To add additional locations, click the blue "+" button and complete the steps described previously.

*Ensure your locations are as accurate as possible including all locations of official University travel.

Once you've entered your itinerary, you will be redirected to your travel registration dashboard, here you will find a list of requirements. Each requirement has a box next to it, in order to submit your registration, you must ensure each requirement has a black checkmark in the box. Once all requirements are completed you can submit the registration using the blue submit button at the top of this page.

*Note: you must ensure that you have submitted, marked as read, or signed all requirements, these options appear at the bottom of each requirement's page. You may also copy previous answers you have provided using the menu at the top of the each questionnaire page.
