Üsame became part of the University of Arizona in 2023 as an International Student Specialist. In this position, he helps international students get the help they need when it comes to most things related to immigration and maintaining their status as a student while here at UArizona.  Üsame loves helping students navigate these processes, as they can be stressful. 

 

Before joining International Student Services, Üsame was taught English in Valencia, Spain and cherished the opportunity to experience life abroad. He finds working with international students rewarding because he knows how life abroad can be sometimes overwhelming and if he can offer an amount of ease in their lives, he is glad to have been able to do so.
