Noelle serves as an Associate Director in International Student Services. Her areas of focus include new student services and advising, orientation, events, outreach, communication and nonresident tax filing. Her most enjoyable work is forming and sustaining partnerships across campus to create a better understanding of international student needs.  

She earned her BA in American Culture at the University of Michigan and her MA in Higher Education from the University of Arizona. Noelle could almost consider herself a Tucson local, having lived in Tucson since 2006. She enjoys everything about living in the Sonoran desert – extended summers, clear skies, desert creatures and abundant tacos.
