Kairat Saparov joined Kozybayev University in 2022 and transitioned to the role of Location Manager for Petropavl, Kazakhstan, in May. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages from Kazakhstan and earned a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Arizona in 2017. Kairat began his career teaching English in rural school, which deepened his understanding of the unique needs of rural students. In his current role, he oversees dual degree programs, focusing primarily on recruiting new students and supporting existing ones to help them succeed in their academic journey.
