Dong serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at Arizona International, where she focuses on evaluating the microcampus programs, with an emphasis on the Student Exit Surveys. Before joining the University of Arizona in 2022, she earned a master’s degree in Global Higher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Moreover, Dong co-founded and coordinated the International Student Advisory Board within UW-Madison's International Student Services. Driven by her research interests in international and comparative education, international student mobility and migration policy, and higher education assessment, Dong's academic and professional experiences have led her to live and work in diverse countries, including China, Russia, and the U.S.
