David advises students interested in studying abroad in Latin America and on faculty-led programs in Spain. As a Study Abroad Coordinator, David works to make study abroad approachable, accessible, and a seamless fit into a student’s degree plan by offering help deciding on a program, providing advice on scholarships and packing, or helping apply for a student visa.

David holds two degrees in Spanish – a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and a master’s degree from Northern Arizona University. He enjoys visiting new places, trying new foods, and learning about different cultures. In his free time, David enjoys hiking, running, and exploring the natural beauty of Tucson and the state of Arizona.
