Charlotte MacInnis is the Assistant Dean for Curricular Affairs & Operations for the university’s global microcampuses and other International Education programs. She joined the University of Arizona’s international office in 2017 and was previously the senior director for China & East Asia Programs.

Charlotte grew up in China and worked in international media focusing on bilingual educational and cross-cultural programming for over 20 years before repatriating to the United States and joining the University of Arizona. She earned her BA from Columbia University in Drama and Theater Arts and her MA from Arizona State University in Communication. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
