Olivia began her higher education path during her undergraduate program, as a Peer Mentor with the First Year Experience Program at the College of Charleston. She joined ISS in 2022 as an International Document Processor.  She now works in an advising capacity while still working with international students on document requests. She mainly works with newly admitted students on initial I-20 issuance. Additionally, she helps continuing students with a variety of different requests including concurrent enrollment, social security letters, and program extensions. Outside of document processing and student advising, she also writes the weekly International Student Services Newsletter and runs student programming including Coffee @ Global, special events, and airport pick-up for new arrivals.
