As a Location Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Truong represents UArizona at the microcampus location and manages its day-to-day operations. He also serves as the main point of contact between UArizona and the partner university. He graduated from VNU-HCM with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Food Technology. He also holds a master’s degree in public policy - Leadership and Management from Fulbright University Vietnam. Truong has over ten years of experience at different NGOs and educational institutions in Vietnam and from abroad. He is also a founder of Youth Talk Sâu, a social project that helps youth bridge the gaps in their mental health and future proven skills. Truong has a passion for education and sustainable development. Besides doing his research on water management and stakeholder analysis in the context of climate change in the Mekong Delta Region of Vietnam, he is also involved in youth empowerment programs as a participant, organizer, host, or trainer. He represents UArizona at the microcampus in Ho Chi Minh City and manages its day-to-day operations.
