In this installment of Wildcat Voices, we talk with Sam, an international student from Mexico who has not only found a community at the University of Arizona, but has also begun building a professional foundation for her future.

During her time on campus, Sameeka Maroli has switched majors, joined clubs, and cultivated a community at FORGE. In this interview, Sameeka shares her experiences and insights as an international student.

As one of the nation’s top producers of Gilman scholars, the University of Arizona has been named as a pilot campus for the new Gilman Campus Association, a program designed to build a greater community amongst students who have studied abroad due in part to receiving the Gilman award.

Wildcat Voices returns with its first episode of the year featuring Ananya, an international student from India double majoring in marketing and economics at the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.

Over 200 people joined Arizona International in Bear Down Gym for the 2023 International Students Winter Graduation Celebration. The event was dedicated to recognizing and honoring the many achievements and contributions of our international community at the University of Arizona.

To commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the State Partnership Program between Arizona and Kazakhstan, Arizona International hosted United States Ambassador Daniel Rosenblum and a delegation of state representatives to the University of Arizona campus.
