The University of Arizona Study Abroad Team is thrilled to announce our new International Internship programs! These summer programs are offered in partnership with Absolute Internship and will provide students with meaningful overseas work experience in a variety of fields. Program locations include Barcelona, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Paris, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Stockholm, Tokyo, and a Virtual option.

In November 2024, the South Korea Paramedic US EMS Overseas Training Team visited the University of Arizona in Tucson for a two-day immersive program organized by the Center for Firefighter Health Collaborative Research at the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health.

Nine exceptional students from the University of Arizona embarked on transformative research experiences in countries around the world during the summer of 2024 as part of the Global Health Institute (GHI) Scholars program. From investigating water contamination in Guatemala to exploring the effects of climate change on waterborne diseases in Tanzania, these GHI scholars tackled pressing global health challenges in collaboration with international partners.
