In the field above, please provide the student's English proficiency scores - for example "TOEFL 104 taken on 4/16/2018". Please note that tests must be dated within 2 years of the enrollment term to be considered valid. For undergraduate exchange applicants, students whose primary language is not English or who are attending a university in a country where English is not the primary language will need to demonstrate English proficiency. Please see UA's Admissions for more information. To demonstrate English proficiency, students must request through the testing center that the University of Arizona receives their English proficiency scores (we no longer accept hard copies). To send English proficency scores to the UA, please use university code 4832. If your student is exempted from the English proficiency requirement due to having English as their primary language or attending a university in a country where English is a primary language, please insert "N/A".
