Sika joined the University of Arizona in October 2023 and currently serves as the Location Manager at the U of A’s microcampus in NWAFU. In this role, she manages daily operations and facilitates collaboration between the University of Arizona and its partner university in China.

Prior to joining the U of A, Sika worked as a coordinator for joint programs, gaining experience in academic collaboration and program management. She holds a bachelor's degree from Tongji University and a master's degree from the University of Western Australia.
