Min joined the University of Arizona in 2019. She plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the dual degree programs in Kazakhstan, serving as a key liaison between the partner institution and University of Arizona departments.

Prior to her career in higher education, Min worked as a professional Mandarin–English interpreter for a major interpreting company, providing services in legal, medical, and other essential community settings.
