Lara currently serves as a Business Analyst, Senior, in International Student Services. In this role, she provides functional support for MyGlobal (sunapsis) and other systems, serving as a central liaison between business users and University IT. She also manages the ISS web content, working to provide clear and accessible information for students. Before joining the University of Arizona, Lara completed a joint Erasmus Mundus Master's in Applied Ethics in Sweden and Norway. A passionate advocate for the international community, she has previous experience volunteering in refugee resettlement, and had the privilege to serve as the 2023 Chair for Region II of NAFSA: Association of International Educators.
