As Assistant Vice President for Mexico and Latin American Affairs, Justin Dutram is responsible for regional international education initiatives including developing new partnerships and managing dual degree micro-campus locations in Latin America and Spain, and serving as an institutional liaison with higher education, government, and private sector partners in Mexico and Latin America. Dutram joined the University of Arizona in 2008 and has since served in multiple roles focused on international collaboration development in Mexico and Latin America.  Dutram received his MEd in Bilingual and Multicultural Education from Northern Arizona University in 2003 and his BS in Geography from New Mexico State University in 1993.
