Fátima is a passionate higher education professional originally from Monterrey, Mexico, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2023) and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Arizona (2025). Her academic background informs her commitment to global education and student support. In her current role as a Study Abroad Operations Coordinator, Fátima works behind the scenes, managing application materials and reviewing documentation and policies to ensure each application is complete. Her role is essential in facilitating smooth processes and helping students prepare for successful international academic experiences. Outside of work, Fátima enjoys watching movies, learning new languages, and engaging in hands-on hobbies such as crafts and puzzles.
