Emily Ruiz is a Study Abroad Coordinator in the Study Abroad Office. She graduated with her Master's in Higher Education Administration at the University of Arizona and her B.A degree in Sociology from the University of California, Merced. Emily is very passionate about student success, experiential learning, and helping students learn to be effective global citizens. She has had the privilege of participating in experiential learning programs in Indonesia, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Japan.

During her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with loved ones, building Legos, and playing video games. She is eager to help students discover the wonders of study abroad!
