Amanda is the Manager of South and Southeast Asia Programs and has worked with Arizona International for four years. In her role, Amanda helps coordinate operations and partnerships in these regions, working closely with the AVP for South and Southeast Asia and the regions’ Location Managers.

Amanda has a master’s degree in English Applied Linguistics, a TEFL certification from the Center for English as a Second Language (CESL), and a bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Literacy, and Learning – all from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining Arizona International, Amanda taught English as a Second Language in Iceland, Italy, and the Czech Republic. As a recipient of a Fulbright-Hays Scholarship, Amanda participated in a teacher training program and Mandarin language learning program in Shanghai, Nanjing, and Beijing, China in 2019.

Amanda was born in New York but has lived in Tucson for almost 10 years. She loves the Southwest and is happy to have Tucson as her current home base while she travels everywhere and anywhere that she can checking one country off at a time.
