USCIS Resumes H-1B Premium Processing

On July 24, 2017, United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that, effective immediately, they have resumed premium processing for H-1B petitions filed by institutions of higher education. The $1,225 premium processing fee can immediately be filed together with an H-1B petition or separately for a pending H-1B petition.
