On September 26, the Global Center came alive with music, food, and laughter as more than 750 students gathered for Party@Global, an annual celebration of campus and community.

Students enjoyed free food provided by Arizona Student Unions, with tastes from Global Center restaurants and vendors fueling the night. A lively soundtrack set the tone for an evening filled with activities, including volleyball, games, a photo booth, and numerous opportunities to connect with both old and new friends.

Students lined up at the entrance to pick up wristbands, which not only granted access to the night’s activities but also served as an opportunity to win some of the night’s many raffle prizes. Inside, the Global Center’s courtyard and walkways were filled with interactive tables and booths representing a wide range of campus partners.

From getting a henna tattoo and striking poses at the photobooth to learning about opportunities with the Peace Corps and Study Abroad, students explored dozens of ways to get involved. Campus organizations, including the Disability Resource Center, CAPS & Campus Health, Campus Rec, Students for Sustainability, and the Graduate and Professional Student Council, offered information and resources. Meanwhile, UAPD shared safety tips, and Arizona Arts Live highlighted upcoming performances.

Entertainment came alive with KAMP Radio spinning music, and the International Student Services Global Ambassadors helped shape the evening with balloon-bending creations. Latin American Studies, the Critical Languages program, and the Culture and Engagement Hub showcased the vibrant network of resources and opportunities available to Wildcats.

Party@Global has become a signature fall tradition, drawing hundreds of students each year to celebrate the diverse community that makes the U of A a truly global campus. With something for everyone, from high-energy games to cultural exploration, the event showcased the diverse range of opportunities available to Wildcats.
