Announcing the Winners of the 2022-2023 Study Abroad Photo Contest!
During this year's Photo Contest, the Study Abroad Team received over one hundred student photos documenting incredible adventures abroad from 2022 and 2023! From surfing in Australia to riding camels in North Africa, wildcats explored the world in exciting new ways. Plus, by visiting museums and monuments and working hard in class, UArizona students expanded their educational horizons and brought new international insight into their degrees.
This fall, students who studied abroad in 2022 or 2023 were invited to submit their photography to these three categories:

This photo reminds me of all of the fun opportunities I have been able to do while studying abroad. It connects me to the culture of Morocco and it will be something I remember forever.

This photo is from the Palombella Festival in Orvieto, Italy! There was a parade and I was watching from an entrance of a street shop. I lifted my lens and caught their eye! My favorite part of the photo was that it wasn't planned. This photo means a lot to me because it was the moment I knew I could spark raw emotion through my photographs.

This photo represents me breaking out of my comfort zone and experiencing new things. Egypt was never somewhere I imagined traveling to and if you had told me a year ago that I was the one that took this photo I would not have believed you!
