Renee Griggs Study Abroad Scholarship
For over 42 years, Renee Griggs put her heart and soul into advocating for all students who expressed an interest in studying abroad at the University of Arizona. During her career in the field of international education, Renee provided guidance and support to over 7,000 students as they prepared to study abroad.
The Renee Griggs Study Abroad Award was established in 2022 to honor Renee’s ongoing commitment to expanding access and removing barriers for University of Arizona students pursuing study abroad opportunities. This scholarship celebrates Renee’s impact by helping make global experiences possible for more students, opening the door to life-changing journeys around the world.
