We are really excited to announce Around the World in 7.5 Minutes!
This event is designed to spread awareness about different cultures and regions of the world through short, 7.5 minute presentations. The event will take place on Monday, November 17, from 6:00 - 7:30PM at Frog and Firkin. At the end of the event, the audience will select a winner who will receive a prize!
If you want to attend or present at Around the World in 7.5 Minutes, please use this registration form. Presenters can go alone or with one partner (you will have a chance to provide their info as well). Registration and presentation sign up will open October 1. The deadline for submitting a presentation topic is October 19th.
In the past, the topics included: Indigenous Languages and Cultures of Indonesia, How a Palm Tree Can Change Your Life, Entrepreneurship in Palestine: Challenges and Success Stories.
