Fees (Effective 09/22/2025)

Beginning October 28th, 2025, USCIS will only accept ACH debit transactions using Form G-1650 or credit card payments using Form G-1450.

Effective September 22nd, 2025, IFS has moved to online petition submission with USCIS. Going forward, the Internal Billing payment should include all applicable fees. This will support a seamless, fully digital filing process and eliminate the need for physical checks or additional shipping costs.
