Macquarie University is ranked in the top ten universities in Australia, and is home to over 30,000 students and 8,000 international students. The campus is set on 135 acres of parkland located only a 30-minute drive or 45-minute bus ride northwest of Sydney Harbor. The campus is adjacent to a large complex of retail stores, supermarkets, a cinema, and several restaurants. Macquarie is the only Australian University with an on-campus metro station to provide students with frequent metro services from campus to the Sydney city center and its surroundings.
Sydney is the largest city in Australia with a population of approximately four million people. Magnificently situated on one of the finest natural harbors in the world, the City of Sydney offers a spectacular experience for international students.

Semester Cost
- $50 Study Abroad Application Fee
- Mandatory Geo Blue International Health Insurance at a rate of $3 a day (approximately $360 a semester)
- You pay Main Campus UArizona Tuition & Fees to do an exchange and receive all of the financial aid you use on main campus.

- Other estimated costs include but not limited to housing, transportation (air & local), visa, meals, books and supplies, local health insurance, etc.
