Establishing Partnerships with Overseas Institutions

Faculty members at The University of Arizona (UA) who are interested in establishing research, faculty or bilateral student exchange partnerships with their colleagues overseas can initiate an International Memorandum of Agreement (IMOA). An IMOA is a binding, legal contract formalizing the terms of collaboration between the UA and one or more partner institutions. An IMOA should outline a constructive new venture that reflects an institutional priority for all institutions involved.

Please click on the links above for more information on how to establish an IMOA and view the IMOA template. You can contact 621-1900 or imoa@email.arizona.edu for more information.
